Photonator is a clearinghouse for all of your digital imagery. Photonator is a tool that allows you to tag images by people and places.

A point and click interface can then be used to create complex queries against this information as well as all digital photo metadata.
This version as provides support for grouping, processing and reviewing panorama projects as well as for managing bracketed photos for comparison or for processing by an HDR application.

Other utilities in this release allow you to find all duplicated images on your hard drive, and a database repairing utility.

Here are some key features of “Photonator”:

· Organizing
Organize your photos by location, people, or events or just use Photonator’s automatic organizing tools to manage your photos by shooting and import dates, ASA, shutter speed, lens, camera, etc… Any information in your digital images is ours to know and display!

· Searching
Create complex queries using a simple point and click interface. Find the exact images you are looking for quickly and easily. The more you organize the bigger your payoff will be!

· Duplicate Files
Once your images are all imported into the database let Photonator search through them. We all have photos we know are duplicates, but we’re afraid to throw anything away… well fear no more and let Photonator find and confirm duplicate files, so you can delete them and get lean and mean!

· Missing Files
Rename a folder? Migrate to a new machine? These are the kinds of operations that can wreak havoc with a database driven app. Nothing ruins the joy of a new machine more than having all of your photos lost inside a database.
Well, that can still happen, but now you can let Photonator find those files for you and repair the databse with just a few clicks. Happy!

· Panoramas

· Brackets and HDR

Limitations:

· This initial release is fully functional although not yet feature complete. It will expire on November 30, 2007, when another free version will be available.
